What size uniform should I order?
Although each player is different and you may want to size up or down, players typically wear the following sizes in our program as a guideline:
Toddler - Youth XX-Small
U5 - Youth X-Small
U7 - Youth Small
U9 - Youth Medium-Youth X-Large
Do you offer programs all year long?
Yes! Our outdoor season usually runs from May to August and then we hold our indoor season at the Aurora Sports Dome from October to April.
What happens if there is a rainout?
We play in the rain, but in the unfortunate event it becomes too severe, we will notify parents as early as possible about cancellation. Depending on the situation this could be at the field right before our session begins, however, it is often much earlier as the Town of Aurora will close all fields for the day in the event of heavy rain or lightning. We will make every effort to reschedule these dates where possible, but cannot guarantee that replacement dates will be available for field closures that are beyond our control.
What is your refund policy?
Although it rarely occurs, refunds are available (less a $20 administrative fee) up until one month before the start date of your program. We always try our best to accommodate families, but refunds will only be available for extenuating circumstances after that. Please contact us with any questions.
Do you offer trial sessions?
We don't typically offer trial classes as most of our sessions will likely be full once the season starts, but if there is space available it is a possibility. We are always looking to get as many Rising Stars on the field as possible!
How many coaches are on the field?
We always try to keep a 1 to 8 (or better) coach to player ratio. It is extremely important to us that our players receive the support they need to develop their skills in the most effective way possible!
How long is each session?
Our sessions are just under an hour long. We typically start on the hour and finish 5 minutes before the following hour.
